Flying sawing machine is the main cutting equipment in the production of cold formed steel and welded pipe. It is simple to produce plum and has strong adaptability, but it has the disadvantages of burr on the cutting surface and big difference in length. The form of flying saw driven by low inertia motor and digital control circuit system based on microprocessor has been solved step by step. In this paper, the effect of flying disc saw on burr and the improvement method are analyzed.

The heat of friction between the metal and the metal causes the metal to reach melting point or become soft. The metal is thrown from the cut by rotating the saw blade. The sawtooth shape and the cutting speed of the saw have a great influence on the amount of burr produced. The higher the cutting speed of the saw, the greater the friction between the sawtooth and the cut metal, the greater the heat generated, the easier the metal is to soften or melt, the faster the metal is thrown out, the smaller the burr is generated.
